With up to 104,000 BTUs per deck, separate controls, and constant-burning pilot lighters, our broilers offer precise heat control. The 115V blower system with a washable air filter ensures consistent air circulation, while the fully insulated lining helps retain heat. The broiler also features a 25” x 25” warming oven, heated by broiler flue gases, with an optional 3,000-watt electric heating element.
