The Crown GMTS-30, GMTS-40, GMTS-60 are heavy-duty tilt skillets featuring a spring-assisted, hinged stainless steel cover with a handle and a no-drip condensate guide for clean operation. The pan body is front-hinged, sloped for easy tilting and precise pour control, and equipped with a removable pour lip strainer and etched gallon markings for accurate measurements. Constructed from 10-gauge 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish exterior and a polished interior, the pan features coved corners for easy cleaning. The cooking surface is a 3/4” triple-ply construction with a 3/8” thick aluminum core, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire surface. The pan is mounted on a heavy-duty welded angle frame with 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs fitted with 4 adjustable flanged feet for secure floor mounting. The unit is enclosed with #4 finish type 304 stainless steel, featuring removable side panels and two front cabinet doors for easy access. All controls are conveniently located in the cabinet base, including a solid-state thermostat, temperature light, tilt switch, electronic ignition, tilt safety switch, and a hydraulic lift system powered by a 1/2 HP electric motor for smooth, precise tilting. The high-limit thermostat is mounted on the pan bottom, and the gas supply to the burners automatically shuts off when the pan is tilted. The unit operates within a temperature range of 100°F to 450°F (38°C to 232°C) for versatile cooking.
