The positive lock and seal mechanism, along with a stainless steel drip trough connected to the drain, effectively collects condensate when the doors are opened, keeping your kitchen clean and operational. Inside, each cooking chamber is made from all-welded type 316 stainless steel, fully insulated for optimal heat retention, and fitted with removable stainless steel pan supports for easy cleaning. The unit’s steamer controls are conveniently housed in a fully removable side panel for easy access. Each compartment is equipped with a 60-minute mechanical timer, along with ready and cooking pilot lights. Steam flow is automatically interrupted when the compartment door is opened during cooking and is instantly reactivated when the door is securely closed. At the end of each cooking cycle, an audible signal alerts the operator to ensure precise cooking times. The sturdy cabinet base features a full perimeter painted angle frame, reinforced kettle and boiler mountings, and hinged doors with magnetic latches for secure closure.
